Uttar Pradesh sites in the NCR districts sit under the same CAQM air-quality directions as Delhi, so a UPPCB inspection asks the same practical question a DPCC inspection does: can the boundary and the main gate be seen live, right now. Most sites we visit in Noida and Ghaziabad already own cameras. What they do not have is a working RTSP stream, a stable public route to it, or a recorder retaining the footage an officer will ask for.

Our installation starts with a boundary walk to fix pole positions and eliminate blind spots, then galvanised poles set in fresh concrete, weatherproof junction boxes and surge protection on every power and network run — the NCR belt from Loni to Greater Noida is hard on outdoor electronics. Cameras are 4MP or 8MP pan-tilt-zoom IP units with IR night vision, adequate for night pours and winter smog.

The compliance work is the integration. We extract and correct the RTSP URL, fix the codec and sub-stream so the feed does not render blank, provision a static IP or DDNS with port forwarding on the site router, and then confirm the stream opens from outside the site network before handover. Footage records continuously to an on-site NVR with thirty days of rolling storage, and your project manager gets a mobile login to pan and zoom from anywhere.
