Factory & industrial monitoring

CPCB PTZ Camera Installation & OCEMS Registration Support

PTZ cameras for CPCB monitoring at factories — covering OEM sensors, PM sensors, water analysers, LPG-sensor areas, furnaces, burners and chimneys, with applicable online-monitoring registration and connectivity support.

Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) monitoring requirements are assessed for your specific industry and consent conditions. CPCB connectivity is separate from state-board CTE / CTO permissions.

1 day average go-live; immediate response to regulatory notices; 1 year of on-site services. Equipment go-live depends on site readiness; regulator approvals follow the authority’s timelines.

Camera installation & integration

OCEMS PTZ Cameras for CPCB, OEM Sensors & Water Analysers

From analyser shelters to effluent outlets and stack areas, we help provide clear inspection views alongside your monitoring instruments. Our work includes camera positioning, 2MP / 4MP PTZ installation, networking, RTSP configuration and coordination with the instrument OEM.

OCEMS (Online Continuous Emission Monitoring System), CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) and online effluent monitoring systems need equipment selected for the required parameters — not a generic AQI sensor substituted for every application.

Cameras at the points that matter.

PTZ cameras for CPCB monitoring

2MP / 4MP PTZ camera installation, viewing-angle planning, RTSP link generation and inspection-view testing at agreed monitoring points. Portal compatibility and camera requirements are checked against your facility’s directions.

OCEMS PTZ cameras for CPCB

PTZ coverage alongside OEM-supplied OCEMS / CEMS instruments, analyser shelters and sample points. Live video complements measurement data; it does not measure pollutant concentrations. We coordinate camera and connectivity work with your Original Equipment Manufacturer; OEM sensors and OCEMS are not interchangeable terms.

PM sensors & stack monitoring

Camera coverage around particulate-monitoring equipment, stack sampling locations and chimneys. Ambient PM2.5 / PM10 sensors and stack-emission instruments serve different purposes; the correct setup follows your plant’s monitoring requirements.

Water analysers & effluent monitoring

PTZ camera positioning around online water analysers (water analyzers), ETP / STP outlets and wastewater sampling points. We coordinate camera views and connectivity with your instrument OEM for applicable online effluent monitoring systems. Water-quality parameters and instrument suitability are confirmed for each plant.

LPG sensors, furnaces & burners

Industrial camera coverage for LPG-sensor areas, firing furnaces, burners, boilers and process equipment after assessing safe mounting locations. Cameras do not replace gas detectors, flame safeguards or fire-safety systems.

Chimneys & other factory areas

Inspection views of chimney outlets, pollution-control equipment, analyser enclosures and other agreed factory areas. Camera quantity, placement, power and network arrangements are scoped to the facility rather than a blanket equipment list.

Industrial IP PTZ cameras

Choosing an OCEMS PTZ camera for your factory

An IP PTZ camera sends video over a network and provides pan, tilt and zoom control. For CPCB monitoring, choose the camera around the actual sampling-point view and applicable access requirements, not megapixels alone.

2MP / 4MP & optical zoom
Compare detail at the actual mounting distance. Agree PTZ presets so the sensor, inlet or stack monitoring point remains visible. Offered resolutions are not universal CPCB requirements.
Night vision & housing
Check low-light visibility, glare, steam and weather exposure. Verify the exact model’s IR range and IP enclosure rating from its datasheet rather than assuming every industrial camera has the same specification.
RTSP & browser access
Confirm the permitted stream format, codec and access method. H.264 / H.265 support is model-dependent; an RTSP stream does not normally play directly in a web browser. Any browser-based viewing integration needs separate compatibility and access checks.
Certification documents
If a direction or procurement specification asks for STQC or other certification, verify the document, model and scope with the supplier and relevant authority. This page does not claim STQC certification or CPCB vendor authorization.

CPCB PTZ camera installation cost: what affects the quote?

Camera count, resolution, optical zoom, pole and mounting work, cable distance, power backup, router connectivity and recorder storage affect the total. RTSP configuration, any agreed viewing integration and maintenance scope should be itemised separately. Share your factory location, monitoring points, existing OEM instruments and network arrangements for a scoped quote; no fixed price or regulator acceptance is implied.

CPCB camera specifications: what to confirm

These are supplier-referenced specifications, not independently verified official CPCB requirements. Exact clauses in the government-hosted effluent guidance could not be retrieved. Confirm the current direction and your consent conditions before selecting equipment.

Resolution
The supplier reference quotes 352 × 240 pixels or above. This is not a verified current CPCB minimum; confirm the applicable stream and image-quality specification.
Day and night surveillance
The supplier reference describes day/night CCTV at the effluent-monitoring point. Confirm low-light visibility, location and the required camera type for your facility.
Camera focus
The supplier reference calls for a view of the immersed sensor at the channel/outlet, or the sample inlet for an extractive system. Confirm the exact placement against the applicable official clause.
Live connectivity
The supplier reference quotes continuous operation and 24×7 portal connectivity to CPCB. Confirm the permitted access method and current connectivity requirements.
Recording and retrieval
The supplier reference quotes DVR / NVR recording with one month of retrievable backup. Confirm the required retention and size storage for your camera count and bitrate.
ZLD camera capability
For Zero Liquid Discharge, the supplier reference quotes pan/tilt/zoom, “5x or above” and night vision. The exact official clause was not verified; do not use this wording as a universal buying specification.

CPCB factory monitoring questions

Does every factory need CPCB registration and PTZ cameras?

No blanket requirement applies simply because a factory has a furnace, burner, chimney or LPG sensor. CPCB online-monitoring applicability and camera requirements must be checked against the industry category, relevant directions and the facility’s SPCB / PCC consent conditions.

Is CPCB online registration the same as CTE or CTO?

No. CPCB online-monitoring registration and connectivity concern applicable emissions or effluent reporting. Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) are separate pollution-control permissions handled by the relevant SPCB / PCC, such as DPCC, HSPCB, UPPCB or RSPCB.

Can you install a PTZ camera for OEM sensors or a water analyser?

Yes. We plan and install PTZ camera coverage around OEM instruments, analyser shelters, water analysers and sampling points, with RTSP setup and OEM coordination. Actual monitoring parameters and regulator connectivity are confirmed for the individual facility.

Can an AQI sensor replace a stack or water analyser?

No. An ambient PM2.5 / PM10 or AQI sensor is not a replacement for a stack-emission instrument or an online effluent water analyser. Each instrument must match the applicable measurement and compliance requirement.

Which factory areas do you serve?

We support industrial sites across Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, including Naraina, Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, Kundli, Rohtak, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Bhiwadi, Neemrana and Alwar.

How should I verify CPCB authorized vendors or approved equipment?

If you are looking for CPCB authorized vendors, CPCB authorised vendors or CPCB approved vendors, verify the specific instrument model, applicable technical requirements and current supporting documents with the relevant authority and OEM. A supplier’s marketing label alone does not establish authorization. Garg Infratech & Consultants is an independent consultancy and does not claim CPCB vendor authorization.

What details are needed for CPCB registration support?

We review your factory details, industry and process category, applicable directions, state-board consent conditions, emission and effluent monitoring points, OEM instrument details and existing connectivity. The final document list depends on the applicable registration process; CPCB registration assistance does not replace CTE / CTO permissions.

What is included in CPCB camera and water analyser connectivity support?

Our camera work includes suitable PTZ placement, power and networking arrangements, RTSP configuration and inspection-view testing around water analysers, OEM sensors and process areas. For online effluent monitoring or OCEMS / CEMS, we coordinate with the instrument OEM on applicable connectivity requirements. Camera installation does not certify an analyser or guarantee regulator acceptance.
