Every construction dust portal in the NCR airshed — DPCC's Dust Portal 2.0 in Delhi and the HSPCB, UPPCB and RSPCB portals built on the same CAQM framework — requires a pan-tilt-zoom camera streaming live video of the site. We supply, install and register 2MP and 4MP PTZ cameras, generate the RTSP stream the portal needs, and verify the feed is actually visible to the board before we leave.
The dust portal requirement is the same idea in four jurisdictions: the board wants to see your site, not just read your sensor numbers. A PTZ camera mounted to cover the gate, the material stacking area and the active work face gives the portal a live picture it can pan and zoom during an inspection — which is why officers call it video fencing.

Should I choose a 2MP or 4MP PTZ camera?
2MP covers most standard plots. Where the site is large or the board expects sharper zoom detail — gate number plates, distant boundaries — we recommend 4MP. We confirm the right class at the free site survey.
My camera is installed but the portal shows no feed — can you fix it?
Yes. Usually it is an ungenerated RTSP link, wrong registration or unstable connectivity. We reconfigure the stream, re-register and verify the feed is visible on the board's dashboard.
