PTZ Camera for HSPCB — Gurugram, Faridabad, Panipat, Sonipat & Statewide Haryana

A PTZ camera for HSPCB has to deliver a live, externally reachable view of the boundary and gate — not just recorded footage on a local box. We supply, install and integrate pan-tilt-zoom cameras with verified RTSP streams for construction, RMC and C&D waste sites in Gurugram, Faridabad, Panipat, Sonipat, Karnal, Rohtak, Rewari, Jhajjar and Palwal.

The Haryana State Pollution Control Board, working under CAQM's direction of 11.06.2021, expects notified construction and demolition projects, ready-mix concrete plants and C&D waste facilities to keep site activity under camera supervision that an officer can view. In practice inspections fail on connectivity rather than hardware: a camera exists, but the feed does not open on the officer's screen.

We treat that as the deliverable. Pole positions are fixed by boundary walk so no stretch of the plot line or the gate is blind. Cameras are 4MP or 8MP IP PTZ units with IR night vision, mounted on galvanised poles with weatherproof junction boxes and surge protection. Then the RTSP link is generated and corrected, static IP or DDNS provisioned, ports forwarded, and the stream opened from an external network in front of your site engineer before we call the job complete.

Recording runs continuously to an on-site NVR with thirty days of rolling retention, which is the window most notices and Environmental Compensation queries reach back into. Your project manager gets a mobile login, and our desk can re-check the stream whenever an inspection is expected.

Where a site also needs CSIR-NPL certified OCEMS on a chimney, CPCB-listed PM2.5/PM10 monitoring, anti-smog guns or monthly HSPCB audit filing, we run all of it under one team so the camera feed, the sensor data and the report you file describe the same site on the same dates.

Which Haryana districts do you cover?

Gurugram, Faridabad, Panipat, Sonipat, Karnal, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Rewari, Bhiwani, Palwal, Nuh and beyond, usually with a site visit inside 48 hours.
